Daring To DesireDaring To Desire:  A group for Women to help cultivate their sexual wisdom by reducing shame, guilt and embarrassment by increasing joy, connection and creativity.

 “When we start engaging with the world from a place of worthiness, the opposite of shame, from a place of “I am enough”, we walk into our power, we walk into our gifts, we walk into possibility, we walk into love and belonging, not only the ability to give it but to receive it, to let ourselves be seen and known and I think that’s what it’s all about.”

Brené Brown

When It comes to sexuality, shame, guilt and embarrassment can get in the way of what we want the most with our partners: intimacy and connection.  In this course, we have taken Brene’ Browns Connections curriculum and made it specific for women who feel guilt and shame within their sexuality.  In a safe and confidential space, you will meet with other women to learn skills and talk about our different experiences of shame in our lives.  In this group, you will

Our sexual storiesOur Sexual Stories: A Women’s Sex and Intimacy Support Group

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”

Brene’ Brown

We all have a sexual story. Some continue to cause pain or embarrassment or keep us from fulfilling our sexual potential.  This unique group, led by a sex therapist and a sex coach provides an opportunity to meet other women who share similar sex and intimacy challenges. Being in a small group provides you with a wider perspective on your own sexual challenges and can help you know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! This group will be a combination of skill building and process around the following topics:

* Communication

* Understanding and claiming your own sexuality

* Female anatomy and arousal
