We are excited to announce our newest summer group: Live the Life You Love Outdoor Series. Starting July 11th, you will have a chance to connect with other women to increase social connections and engage in self-care through various outdoor activities. In a busy world we often finish out our days wondering “what did I do for me?” Self care often ends up at the end of a long list where other things “need to get done” thus, we never get to it. This activity centered series serves to help women carve time out for themselves, increase connection to self, others and to the beauty of our Utah natural environment. There will be both hikes and bike rides where you can choose to do them all or ones that match what you are looking for.
You can pay $15 per activity OR receive a discount for buying multiple activities in advance (mix it up between bike rides and hikes)
- Package of 2: $25
- Package of 3 activities (mix it up between bike rides and hikes): $40
- Package of 4 activities: $55
- Package of 5 activities: $$70
- For package of all six: $85
To sign up for an activity, email email@example.com. You will need to register for an activity prior to participating so you can sign the waiver. Have more questions? See our FAQ’s below.

Here are our most FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do I need to be athletic to participate?
A: The activities vary in difficulty to accommodate and there is a requirement to have a baseline physical ability to hike at higher elevations for 45 minutes and spend an hour on a bike saddle. We will take breaks and will take a reasonable pace suitable for the group and we will stay together. See the list of activities to decide which one works best for your athletic ability.
Q: Where do we meet?
A: You are responsible to arrange for your own transportation to the designated meeting spot for each activity. Meeting place will be communicated week prior to activity along with directions to meeting place.
Q: What do I need to be prepared?
- Water (1-2 liters depending on distance)
- Snack (energy or granola bars, gels, sandwich, trail mix, cheese) basically whatever you need to sustain you on the hike. I recommend at a base you bring one bar and some mixed nuts or cheese but bring as much as you like to stay nourished
- Layers appropriate for changing weather:
o A long sleeve
o Waterproof/windproof outer layer
- ID and health insurance card
- Emergency medications for specific problems if needed (Albuterol Inhaler, Insulin or Epipen). You are responsible to self administer medications as needed.
For Bike Rides:
- Water (see above)
- Snacks (see above)
- Extra tube
- Tire patch repair kit
Activity leader, Erin Gibson, will be responsible to carry a basic fist aid kit for minor blisters and scrapes, extra equipment to make minor repairs on bikes and sunscreen.
Q: Do I need to fill out any paperwork?
A: Yes, you will need to sign our outdoor activity waiver. Once you sign-up for an activity you will be emailed a waiver.
