Sex is a big deal in most men’s lives. We all have a variety of experiences and desire. Sometimes those experiences and desires don’t seem to line up with what we think others think they should be and it’s difficult to not feel like there is a right and a wrong when it comes to sexuality. I work with you through those experiences physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to figure out what is right for you. I focus on understanding the negative thoughts and feelings surrounding your sexual experiences.
Maybe you’re experiencing or have experienced erectile dysfunction, premature or delayed ejaculation, LGBTQ issues (orientation/concerns, transitioning MTF/FTM) infidelity, trauma, “sexless” marriages, pornography concerns and more. unwanted or out-of-control sexual behaviors, low desire, obsessions, lack of connection, high anxiety, or low satisfaction or even painful sex in your efforts to have a fulfilling sexual life. Talking about these things is a great start but looking at what lies underneath improves long term satisfaction. I work with you to explore your ideals and establish a path to work towards them.
I approach the therapeutic process as a journey. I will be there to explore and offer you tools to work toward healing. I respect your process and where you feel you need to go; you are the master of your journey. I provide safe space to explore your feelings, face challenges, and celebrate your successes as you develop and own your sex life.
