Sex Therapy
Trust us… you’re not the only one with questions.
We are an inclusive, affirming, sex positive clinic with YOU at the center of our mission.
Many people grow up without a solid education about sex. Often, the only formal lesson involves a brief high school class on hormones, STIs, and body changes. As adults, it’s no surprise that sexual challenges can feel confusing or even isolating—especially when reality doesn’t match what we see in movies. At The Healing Group, we’re here to let you know you’re not alone.
Are you feeling a loss of sexual chemistry with your partner, especially after having a baby? Has your libido decreased, or are you experiencing discomfort or lack of satisfaction during intimacy? Maybe you’re navigating questions about pornography use or seeking a safe space to learn more about anatomy, gender, or desire. Or perhaps you're wondering, “Am I normal?”—one of the most common questions we hear.
Whatever questions or challenges you’re facing, our therapists bring decades of experience supporting individuals and couples in a non-judgmental and professional setting. At The Healing Group, we offer specialized sex therapy to help you reconnect with yourself and your partner, build intimacy, and find confidence in your sexual health. Let us help you find answers and create a fulfilling sexual life tailored to your needs, goals, and values.
