The Specialty Intern Clinic
at The Healing Group
What is a Specialty Intern at The Healing Group?
Being an “intern” is often associated with being the person who makes copies and runs errands, but that couldn’t be further from the truth at The Healing Group!
Interns working at The Healing Group are highly educated therapists-in-training who are completing the last few months of their Master’s degree. Our interns receive all of the specialized training and are held to the same standards as full-time THG clinicians, allowing them to be experts in maternal mental health, sex therapy, couples therapy, and trauma.
Specialized interns receive additional weekly supervision from the extremely experienced THG leadership team, as well as their graduate professors. Working with one of our interns means working with a team of highly-trained and experienced mental health professionals who are invested in your well-being!
