Welcome. I am aware of the courage it takes to consider seeking support and/or therapy and invite you to gently exhale, release the tension you may be experiencing in your body, and know that even taking this step is an act of self-compassion and, potentially, the first step toward greater healing, awareness and empowerment.
I work by listening in a non-judgmental, curious way. I hope to work collaboratively with you, building upon your strengths, to explore and remove barriers, increase coping methods, and/or help fill gaps in communication skills , sexual health education, relationship/parenthood/motherhood knowledge and other areas of specific needs.
My unique skill-set is built upon extensive life experience parenting seven children, advanced training in sexuality and perinatal mood disorders, and supporting individuals through faith challenges via pastoral care.
