Keeley Doyle, CSW

Hello, it’s wonderful to meet you! My name is Keeley Doyle and I am a certified social worker.

Life is full of pain and overwhelm. You want to be seen for who you are and hope that your words can land somewhere safe. I hope to create a safe space for all of my clients, and to partner with them in witnessing their pain and finding healing. I strive to create an environment where you feel empowered to be who you are, and to find increased connection.

I like to approach therapy like I approach life-I am always a student! I welcome all experiences and backgrounds, and hope I get to know you. I focus on strengths and building compassion for ourselves and others. I believe you, I will communicate with you, challenge and encourage you, and help you unlock and heal the parts of you that feel messy and unlovable.

I am being certified in EMDR and take a trauma-informed approach to therapy. I have experience with and use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I resonate with attachment theory, systems theory, and anti-oppressive theory and practice. I am constantly growing and learning more, and am excited to meet you!
