Life can feel overwhelming when your usual coping strategies no longer work. Major life events, such as becoming a parent, experiencing a loss, starting a new job, moving, or navigating other significant changes, can easily push mental health aside. Reaching out for support may even feel like an additional burden. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as we work through these difficult emotions together. You don’t have to carry the weight alone—together, we will develop strategies to lighten the load and restore your emotional well-being.
I bring a unique perspective to therapy, drawing from my experience in the medical field, where I’ve supported individuals facing trauma, mental health crises, and grief. I’m particularly passionate about helping those navigating pregnancy and postpartum mental health challenges, as I believe this support is essential to becoming the parent you aspire to be. I’ve also worked with families through their fertility journeys, experiences that have enriched my therapeutic approach. Together, we will explore the best theoretical approach for your needs, build on your strengths, and create personalized strategies to help you navigate your mental health journey with confidence and resilience.
Currently, I offer telehealth sessions for those unable to come into the office, with plans to provide in-person therapy at the American Fork Clinic in the near future. You can expect an individualized plan that considers your unique needs, builds on your strengths, and respects your time as you increase your abilities and well-being
