Life can be challenging, especially during times of transition and stress, but we are not meant to walk it alone. I believe with the right support you can find joy and rest in all stages of life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, exhausted or

a myriad of other emotions, I am ready to sit with you in your pain and work with you on a journey back to yourself. There is always hope. I promise not to lose sight of that, even if it’s hard for you to see right now.

When you are ready, it will be an honor to hear your story. You can expect that when we work together, I will seek to understand what you are experiencing and provide support through the use of empirically supported tools to aid in problem solving and finding relief. You will receive trauma informed care and find a place to feel seen and heard. I prioritize connection and compassion in the therapeutic relationship.

My years spent working in the medical field have given me experience with medical trauma and crisis in a variety of situations, as well as the indescribable grief that comes with loss. I am passionate about working with birthing individuals prior to pregnancy and throughout their postpartum experience. I will see clients via telehealth and in person at our Utah county office.
