Are you feeling depressed, anxious, alone, disconnected, or out of your depth AND your brain is making you feel bad for feeling those ways too? I got you!
I am here to walk with you on your journey for healing and fulfillment and am honored to do so! As a therapist I am bubbly, empathetic, and supportive. I want to help my clients discover, grow, and utilize their inherent strengths to create a flourishing life.
I find the lens of EMDR to be especially helpful in making sense of how our past is affecting us in the present, and how to heal moving forward. I also find it helpful to explore the different parts of ourselves to better understand our individual needs.
I am a passionate learner and received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus on Women’s Health. I went on to receive my Master’s degree in Social Work with a clinical focus. I am also a trained doula. My experience has allowed me to work with a variety of needs and diagnoses, ranging from maternal mental health, to psychosis, and even substance use disorders.
I am certified in trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and trained in EMDR. I regularly use Four Blinks Flash, ACT, CBT, DBT, parts work, PLISSIT model, 6 principles of sexual health, and strengths based as well. I am here to customize your treatment to your individual needs and look forward to working with you!
