It's OK to not be OK!

Let’s talk about the overall anxiety and stress overload that so many people are experiencing right now. Recently the U.S. Census Bureau reported that “a third of Americans show signs of clinical depression and anxiety. These and other mental conditions are becoming amplified during the recent pandemic, while COVID-19 patients and their families are also at high risk to develop depression and anxiety." The bottom line is that it is okay to not be okay. Anxiety and stress are showing up for everyone in different ways right now and you need TOOLS to help you. THG therapist, Kristin B. Hodson talked all about ways to manage stress and anxiety during this unprecedented time on the Radio From Hell Show last Friday. You can listen to the recording below:

Every Friday at 7am Kristin will be appearing on x96 Radio From Hell to discuss various aspects of mental health and answer caller questions. Be sure to tune in!
