Somewhere along the line, we learned it wasn’t okay to be ourselves. No wonder we are now exhausted, anxious, and depressed. We feel disconnected, burnt out, stuck in loops of relationship conflict and misunderstanding.

I’m Kelsey, I help individuals and partners transform their relationships to be deeply satisfying and connected, starting with the relationship to yourself. I believe you are more than a diagnosis. I work with individuals to integrate and heal shame and trauma, process grief, embrace authenticity, and cultivate pleasure. I work with couples to repair infidelity, maintain connection through conflict, and deepen secure attachment.

As a queer, polyamorous woman, I know how important it is to find a non-judgmental therapist – I’m not here to fix you, or dictate what your values should be. I can offer you space, compassion, a sense of humor, and some tools to break patterns, heal wounds, and invite more joyful play into your life.

I am LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and competent in ethical non-monogamy and kink. I am deeply influenced by attachment-centered therapeutic models. I offer Internal Family Systems-informed therapy and use methods from Mind-Body Bridging and my ongoing Sex Therapy training through the Sexual Health Alliance.
